LFoundry: collaboration with IMEC

In the context of the  “Open Lab”  activities,  a  project promoted by LFoundry  to create a network of companies, universities and research centers to share know how, analytical  instruments and develop  analytical solutions  in support of the industrial needs of the nano-scientific area,  LFoundry has started a  collaboration to provide Failure Analysis services to IMEC (Interuniversitair Micro-Electronica Centrum)  to  characterize the fault causes of their CMOS Image Sensors (CIS) products. Such collaboration rewards the LFoundry’s failure analysis team skills that have grown through decades of expertise gained in analyzing CIS manufactured in LFoundry
