Senior Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term relationships with his portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. He liaises between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. He proposes and collaborates to the selection and prioritization of target customers, the acquisition of new customers and the development of existing ones. He supports establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for his regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and revenue for existing and new accounts and products.


Customer Management

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to his/her customers

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Company’s solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Forecast and track account metrics

  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

  • Initialize the NPI process including technical requirements and resulting commercial conditions, following   company guidelines and targets.

Partnerships and Alliances

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

  • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

  • Maintain awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards.

  • Identify and engage lead customer and target customer and provide inputs for business case analysis.

  • Prospect, engage, acquire, and develop customers.

  • Manage customer portfolio for the account of responsibility regarding demand and revenue development and provide related and frequently updated inputs to the consolidated sales plan.

    Contract review leadership for account of responsibility.




  •  Master or bachelor’s degree (economics, Science, Business Management, Electronics)

  •  5+ years in commercial leadership roles
