The Junior Sales is supporting the Sales and Marketing organization in administrating all organization relevant key data collection, preparation and reporting. She/he liaises with the Sales team to ensure the timely delivery of such data. She/he is supporting the SALES& MARKETING team in the account acquisition process documentation and the management of relevant documents and system access and is acting as commercial account contact for institutes and university business. She/he is supporting Key Account and/or Account Managers  in their daily interactions with customers and the Customer Relation Ship team. Act as Account Manager representative and gradually grow into direct account responsibilities

Main responsibilities

- Manage Sales Funnel file respectively Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and the agreed reporting on a monthly basis
 o Provide and improve related reports and KPI results
- Act as the main contact point for any CRM related topics between Sales& Marketing team and ICT
- Manage SALES& MARKETING monthly updated Sales Plan data based, consolidating SALES& MARKETING team sales forecast
 o Liaise with contributing organizations (Production Planning, Accounting and Marketing) 
 o Ensure a timely delivery of all contributors 
 o Provide and improve reports in general and related to KPI results
- Support the SALES& MARKETING team in the acquisition process of new accounts
 o Internal NDA process documentation management – liase with Legal 
 o Responsible for PDK release to customers and the related documentation 
 o Manage/ support managing other sales process related documents 
-Support all market communication related activities 
 o Maintain the SALES& MARKETING event plan and trigger necessary decision and preparations to execute the plan 
 o Manage all preparations directly with the event organizations and the provision of required material for the event 
 o Follow up on internal event ratings and manage continuous improvements of organization and necessary material 
- Operate as an account interface for internally agreed activities with customers Institutes and Universities related to quotations, follow up on backlog 
- Support to manage/ manage allocated  customers 
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders 
- General support of the SALES& MARKETING team document management on the portal

Key Requirements
- Completed commercial education ideally combined with technical background 
- Professional experience in commercial organizations 
- Profound knowledge of MS Office 
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Solid verbal and writing English skills 
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent team working 
- Organizational skills 
- Experience in dealing with customers as an commercial interface 
- Experience in delivering/triggering client-focused solutions based on customer needs 
- Willingness to travel
